Don Lehew

Personal


Mr. Lehew has been -qualified as handwriting expert and given testimony in various courts, including County Court, State District Court and U.S. District Court. He has accepted as an expert in the following Texas Counties: Dallas, Denton, Tarrant, Johnson, Extor and Bexar. He has given opinions or testified in both civil and criminal cases in Texas, New Mexico and Nevada

Since 1987, Mr. Lehew has given opinions in more than two hundred questioned document cases and has testified in court many times. He has experience in handwriting comparison as well as typewriter identification and time dating of documents. Mr. Lehew maintains an updated professional Library and laboratory for use in questioned or altered documents.
